Paella Options
In order to stay true to Paella traditions and our own 30 year-old family recipe, Cook at Home Paellas contain the following ingredients:
- Chicken
- Pork
- Rabbit - Optional extra
- Shrimps
- Prawns
- Squid
- Mussels ( click here for infomation on the Mussels we use )
- Clams - Optional extra ( click here for infomation on the Clams we use )
- Roasted capsicums
We also offer a seafood-only variation, replacing the meat with fish, and can prepare other variations upon request. Paella is not designed to be cooked in small quantities as it takes its wonderful flavour from the combination of many ingredients and seasonings.
