Our family has been involved in the cooking and eating of many Paellas using these Paella systems. "Great" is an understatment! Easy to use cooking equipment, easy to follow instructions, yummy food using healthy food combinations, and bugger all dishes at the end. It's one of those meals you can prepare for in advance, entertain a large number of people without being tied to the kitchen, and a good talking point (while having a few wines). We are now planning some Paella sessions for business events. The kids love it, it is cost effective and does not rely on good weather. Give it a go....

Every year in February I have an Ironman training camp for around 20 athletes, and every year this always presents issues on how best to feed them with enough of the right food and on time. I wanted to make it simple for myself and support staff .
When it was suggested to me I should try doing a Paella for the opening evening I thought it was great idea. It meant a lot to me that everything had to be just right and I was not disappointed. The athletes absolutely loved it and there was plenty to go around. I have already booked it for 2011.
